Lunch for Dinner?

Does anyone know if Disney is set on their menus? Like, if I wanted to order off their lunch menu during the dinner times. I have been looking at some of their menus and there are a few places that have things I would prefer but they are on say the lunch menu......but we are going there for dinner.

Do you know how this might work? Thanks!

I know you can get the burger for DINNER at Sci-Fi even though it is not on the dinner menu.

Sometimes you can, but not always. It all depends on whether the kitchen still has all of the ingredients on hand or if they have been put away to make room for the dinner prep and are no longer accessible.

You can ask, but it might not be possible. Is there any way you can go to lunch at these restaurants instead of dinner so that you'll be certain to get what you want?
