Lunch dining at the Campgrounds

What's the best place to eat for lunch on a Saturday at the Campgrounds. We'll be there pool hopping to the pool near the Meadow Trading Post. Looks like the pool area has a snack bar, and then maybe P & J's Takeaway or Trail's End. What do folks think?

Trails End has a nice brunch on the weekends. Depending on the time you go they serve brunch until 2:00. Otherwise there is the Meadow Snack bar which is obviously right at the pool and they do have a nice variety of options. If you're feeling like some adult beverages after your pool time you can go to Crockett's Tavern where they have pizza and a few snacks like Nachos & wings. PB&J is another option as you mentioned but you'd have to eat outside somewhere which can be nice or hot depending on when you're going. Our fav is Trails End brunch as it has a little of everything.

We have always enjoyed Trail's End for food. It seems like a nice "home cooked" type of buffet meal (hope that makes sense to you). The pizza may not be the best ever but my kids still love it ... plus they usually serve it piping hot.
