Lunch Buffets on Wonder?

I know that you can eat off a menu at Tritons on the Wonder but what kind of lunch buffets are also offered? I read on the castaway club site that there is an American buffet on one day and an Asian buffet on another but it looked like that was dated 2003. Anyone with more recent info on the buffets?

On the at sea day on the 4 day Wonder it was a seafood buffet.
