lunch at FRESH or GARDEN GROVE CAFE---opinions?? (additional question added post #5)

Just wondering if anyone has any reviews or opinions on FRESH (for lunch) at the Dolphin??

What about the GARDEN GROVE CAFE (again, for lunch) at the Swan??

Fresh is a wonderful buffet restaurant. It's a must-do each trip. The selections are plentiful, gourmet and fabulous. The service has also been great. We do both their breakfasts and their lunches (not in the same day...............we'd burst! ).

I do have an additional question, however. Do you have to do the buffet at FRESH, or can you order off the menu?? I noticed on allears that they do have a menu as well??
