Lunch at Epcot???

I need suggestions for a quick lunch or great snack in Epcot future world. We are going to have an extra half day to spend at Epcot and I think most of it will be spent in future world area, but I have never really had any luck with food in the area so I need input!

We LOVE Sunshine Seasons in the Land. It's good food and not your typical cheeseburger and hot dog CS. Now, as far as it being quick, if you time it right you can beat the crowds. I'd go for either an early or late lunch to beat the crowds.

I loved sunshine seasons! I have also heard decent things about the electric umbrella.

Future World only has Sunshine Seasons and Electric Umbrella....the EU only has burgers / chicken / fries....Sunshine Seasons has...well...everything else. Hands down Sunshine Seasons.

PS - The ice cream place (forget the name) next to the character connection is pretty darn good too if that's what your looking for.

Depends on your tastes. Electric Umbrella has your basic burger, chicken, etc. We ate there this past year because DW wasn't feeling well and needed to chill out and that was closest. It was good. it filled me up.

I've heard great things about Sunshine Seasons and plan on trying it next time we're there.

If you have a preference or like some of the cuisines around the World Showcase, then I'd recommend trying one of the carts in the W.S. Most countries have a cart of quick service kiosk as well as the sit down. Just a thought...

Yup, Sunshine Seasons. I'm planning on having their Seared Tuna on Mixed Greens with Sesame Rice Wine dressing $8.39 again this year. We had it twice last year it was soo goood!

The have a large selection to choose from.

It is! There are a ton of really great choices -- we've never been disappointed there!

You know, we don't even think about it anymore, if we're ready for lunch in FW we just head there automatically without discussion!

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons. The sandwiches are really great and I LOVE the Butterfinger cheesecake! I agree that SS is one of the best CS options in WDW.
