Lunch at Chefs de France

DH and I looooove the Quiche Lorraine (but you can get the veggie one if you ask for it), and our girls always split the mac and cheese. Always, always get onion soup to start and creme brulee to finish!

OOOO! :scared1: I might have to get the veggie quiche next trip! YUM!!! :goodvibes

Just made a lunch ressy here for the last week of April. The menu looks sooo good. I'm thinking I will have to try BOTH the onion soup and the Flamme Alsacienne (flatbread with creme fraiche, onion & bacon). The vegetable lasagna sounds wonderful but so does the salmon. LOL. Well, I have four weeks to work it out... Perhaps between DH, myself and our three girls we can just turn it into a French smorgasbord! :rotfl2:

We ate an early lunch here on DxDDP last September and it was a great choice!

The Flamme Alsacienne was a hit, big enough to share. My dining partner in crime got the onion soup and raved about it. We both ordered the short ribs and thought they were tender. Dessert was profiteroles and creme brulee, which was the perfect ending to a really good meal. We couldn't finish everything, the portions were generous.

We had to make several laps around World Showcase to burn enough off so we could enjoy Le Cellier that night

Going for a quick trip next month and having lunch in Epcot on my birthday! Had tried for Celliers but they are sold out the entire day (4/14) so made ressie for France - taking my fiance who's never been to Epcot (poor soul!!). Menu looks great! Fiance is a meat and veggie eater though and we thought the tenderloin was available but it's only on the dinner menu. Any other ideas? (He's Type II diabetic and pretty much sticks to veggies, salads and meat!)

Another vote for the Escargot. Plump, juicy, garlic-butter ridden snails. It was YUMMO!:thumbsup2

I also had the Nicosoice (don't know how to spell it) salad and it ended up being too much food, probably due to the richness of the Escargot. But it was still delish. DD has the Pre-Fixe and enjoyed every bite. The lobster bisque is divine. Actually the appetizers and desserts far outdo to main entrees!
