Lunch and Dinner Times

What time do the restaurants switch over from lunch to dinner? Do they close in between? I'm specifically interested in Kona Cafe and Sci-Fi, but would like to know if there is a general time as well. Thanks!

I think most of them switch sometime between 5:00 and 6:00. I always try to eat my big meal during the day so I don't have to pay dinner prices.
