Lunch and dinner same menu?

In particular:
Are the buffets at Tusker and Crystal Palace the same for lunch and dinner?
And, do CRT and Akershus have the same menus now? I know the menus used to be different for lunch and dinner.

There may be minor differences in the buffets, but they have gone to an all-day type menu for lunch and dinner at CP, TH, Akershs and CRT. It's cheaper and doesn't require kitchen switchover.
