I'm going late August, 1 Adult, 1 Child. Have the DDP. Was able to book Crytal Palace for dinner, Coral Reef for Lunch and Princess Storybook breakfast. Chef Mickey's had no time available for any date I requested (unless we wanted to eat at 9PM).

I don't mind doing the TS for lunch. Would ADR's be a necessity or do you think I could get a table as a walk-up. I'm not sure where else we want to eat yet, so I can't make an ADR.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Probably depends on where you try to walk up. You probably would not be successful at a TS in a park but probably would not have a problem at a resort TS. But you could luck out even in one of the parks although you probably would have to try multiple ones.

The safest thing to do is just make ADRs, you can always cancel them if you change your mind about where to eat.
