Luggage Transfer....

We're staying at ASMo and then transferring onto POR a couple days later, how do I get my luggage from one to the other? The CM on the phone told me that Value resorts will NOT transfer luggage? Is this true? Someone help me out!!! Because I also heard that you can't take luggage on the Disney buses either....

The CM was wrong...that's no big surprise. All of the WDW resorts will transfer your luggage between resorts. However, keep in mind that it isn't fast.
I have done this several times. I hand off my luggage before 8 am, and don't see my bags until around 5ish that afternoon. You need to call bell services the night before at a value to let them know, then I like to call them first thing in the morning...very early. Or, you can just take your bags to them since it can take them awhile to get to your room.
