Luggage Transfer Question?

We will be doing a split stay on our upcoming trip in a few weeks. I have read about how luggage transfer works, but i do have a question still. We will be doing grocery delivery for the first time this trip too. If I were to buy cold items, when we do our luggage transfer will they be stored properly? Trying to decide if I should split my order up into two and get the cold items when we get to the second resort. I just am concerned if I get cold items they won’t be stored properly between transfers. I guess the big question is are they refrigerated while they are at bell services waiting to be transferred and once they are transferred to the new resort? I don’t expect them to be in a cooler or anything crazy while traveling between resorts.

I see this is an old post but wanted to share my experience. We called bell services for a luggage transfer from SSR to BWV and they were upfront telling us they will not take refrigerated groceries- it is too much to keep track of during the storage and transit process. They did assist with non perishable groceries for us.
