luggage transfer for pop

We are going to WDW in august. Here is where it gets difficult, we will be arriving late on the first day so instead of staying at pop where we have reserved 2 rooms for the duration of our stay we are looking into staying at either the Hotel Royal or one of the other downtown disney resorts that will accommodate 5 people for the first night. We are not renting a car and I was wondering about transfering our luggage to pop century. Would they come and get it or what other options do I have? any help would be great.

You will need to take your luggage with you when you go to check in at Pop. How are you planning on getting over there from your DTD hotel. The DTD properties are not Disney owned, so there is no Disn'ey transportation for them. I would suggest you call ANdy at Florida Tours, he can pick your party up in his van and take you to Pop. His rates are very reasonable, his service is excellent, and he is a DIS sponsor.
