Luggage Tipping?

Granted I usually err on the generous side on these debatable tipping topics, but I also tip both ends.

I don’t tip anything for bags but I also recognize I should if delivered to room so I always decline any room delivery or anything like that. Now on the rare times I have had delivered to room I normally pay $1 to $2 per bag as others have stated. However, I 100% prefer to just get things to room myself so if they delivered my bags usually something else happened that I’m not in mood to tip for (e.g. issue with room and they helped change rooms).

For an upcoming trip, the only time Bell Services will touch our bags is on our departure day. We will take 1 main suitcase and 2 carry on suitcases to Bell Services before boarding a bus for a park. Is $5 an appropriate tip when we retrieve our bags that afternoon? Seems wrong to not give something, even if we are the ones bringing the bags to them.
