Luggage tags?

I'm assuming our room at BWV won't be available until 4PM, but we will be arriving hours before that and would like to check in, and go to DTD for lunch and some shopping before the room is ready. We are driving down, so not using ME, and therefore we will not have the ME tags that Disney provides.

If we check in and leave our luggage with Bell Services, will they give us special luggage identification tags? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but we never dealt with this before.

Bell Services will tag your luggage and give you a receipt/claim tag. They will not "automatically" place the luggage in your room, like they do with ME. You will need to call them once you are in your room, and they will deliver it.

Is it OK if I call them in the evening? We have a 5pm ADR at Chef Mickey's and will probably call for the luggage to be delivered after we get back to the room. When is the latest they will deliver the luggage?

I think it is a available 24 hours.

I think that you can call anytime, but your wait time may be longer at certain times of the day....you may consider just stopping to pick it up on your way back from dinner/parks etc...

I would recommend putting your own luggage tags on your bags before you get to the hotel. I was there the week of Memorial Day and I have luggage tags on all my bags but the tag they put on my bag was pulled off sometime between the time I got to the hotel and when the bags were delivered to my room. It helped that I could describe what hte bag looked like and show them what hte luggage tag looked like.
