Luggage tags.. when?

In past years, I seem to recall my DCL luggage tags arrived 4-6 weeks before the cruise.
I'm now 3 weeks out from the cruise, and still haven't received them. I don't believe the other families we are traveling with have received theirs either.
My travel agent said that Disney is now sending them out only about 2 weeks before the cruise..

What are recent experiences.. how long before the cruise have you received your bands?

I was JUST coming on here for the same question! We've sailed before and have always received our tags in plenty of time. I declined the "cruise booklet" when we made our reservations, but it stated that luggage tags would still be mailed. We also sail out in 3 weeks, and I was getting worried.

Guess they really do send them later than they used to.

Did you book directly with DCL? I know when booking through a TA, the booklet/Luggage tags go to the TA and they mail it back out to you. At least that was how it worked the last few times I sailed.

I'm interested in hearing responses to this. I am using a TA but she said the booklet and tags would come to me directly.

We are sailing on the Dream, June 21-25. I went with a TA and just received my cruise booklet/luggage tags in the mail today!!

For my March trip we received them 2 weeks before sailing. It was making me crazy waiting

I got mine today and we said a month from tomorrow. My parents got theirs two weeks ago.

We sail 6/10, I got ours on 5/5, the family sailing with us got theirs on 5/26.

It was 3 weeks out and we still hadn't received them, I called Disney they told me they will get there in time and to give it another week. They still didn't come so I called back and they overnighted us some tags, which I got two days later. Just sharing our tag experience
