I need some help. We are staying at a offsite hotel and need too store our suitcases after we check out in morning for the day. We are not taking the Amtrak to LA until almost supper and want to be at Disney for the last day. Any suggestions? The hotel doesn't have the space to store luggage they say for the day. Need help please We can't take them to the park and have no vehicle either to store them in. Would like to store them securely. We are staying on West Kattella Avenue right near Disney.
Help please find somewhere for my luggage so I can stay at Disney longer.

Do you have alot of luggage, and is it large? There are lockers at Disneyland, inside and outside. Not sure if it would fit, but maybe someone else here would know. I've only ever used the smaller lockers.

Smaller carry on and a rolling medium size. I will have to ask about sizes tomorrow when I go there. But think big one is too large for 2foot by 8 inches just over a foot wide? Rough estimate of size.

If the bags fit, they can only be stored in the lockers by the picnic area. They will not be allowed (or fit) in the park lockers.

What hotel? Seems odd they aren't able to accommodate storing your bags for a few extra hours. We just returned from our trip, our flight didn't leave until 7:30pm, we planned on sleeping in, breakfast, and hanging out in DTD all day to kill time. We requested late check out (noon) and when we went to the front desk I explained our situation with late flights, they were happy to store our luggage and said they would keep them safe as long as we needed.

I would definitely check with someone else when you check into the hotel, but also have a back up plan.

You could walk up Harbor and leave them in the lockers at Desert Inn, across from the Harbor entrance. They have luggage lockers in an open room on the ground floor, about 1/3 of the way toward the back. They cost $1.50 in quarters each. When we used them last month on our check out day, we were able to fit two carry-on size suitcases in one locker.

We travel often, and we have never had a hotel tell us that they won't store the luggage on the departure day or arrival day for that matter... We have had them hold our luggage till late in the afternoon for an early evening flight... NYC, Las Vegas, Paris... and everywhere in between...

If it is a no go at the hotel you have chosen then, I would rethink where I was staying or move your departure time up to accommodate check out of the the hotel...

Don't plan on using the Desert Inn lockers. People from other hotels have begun to use this option for their luggage and when we were there last time all of the lockers were full. Since we were staying at DI&S the staff were kind enough to make special arrangements for us.

Christine caine - If your current hotel will not hold your luggage after check out you might consider moving to a hotel that will.
