Luggage racks

We are renting a car through Alamo for our upcoming trip. We have requested a Chevy Trailblazer. All the Alamo agents I talk to say there are no luggage racks on these car, but everyone I see on the street seems to have one. Can someone please confirm this for me.

Its been a few years since we've driven to WDW and rented but back then, they insisted that nothing go on the roof. Racks are more for show than go. People think you can put 500 pounds up there and fly down the road. They must have gotten claims for damaged luggage flying off plus the damage to the rack and roof from over packing. Guess they felt it was easier to order their cars without the racks or just have them removed to stop the claims and complaints. Just my thoughts!
