Luggage Question-This is a doozy!

My family is in the process of preparing to move overseas in a few months. My wonderful husband has surprised us all with a quick trip down to Disney World prior to us leaving as my son is graduating high school in Italy and this may very well be his final family trip. To clarify, we will be in transit while on vacation and will be lugging all of our stuff we are taking with us to our new station. Honestly, it will be around 8-9 bags not including our carryon. Would the luggage services hold that luggage for us while we are vacationing and us pick it up after? It seems rather a lot to hold in our rooms but are prepared to do it. Has anyone been in the same predicament? I am going to guess this is rare and I am a bit stumped and not sure how to go about getting an answer prior to checkin.

Also, before anyone asks this- we can't leave it here at home as we are an hour away from the airport and my husband will have already processed out and we will have turned in our keys to our housing. There wouldn't be any way or any where to leave it or pick it up.

I have actually ben in this same position, we were actually returning to the states from Germany, and went to WDW before we in processed. They will hold your luggage for you, just let them know you will pick it up when you check out! Enjoy your trip and your new duty station, we loved europe!!

You can leave all you do not need at the baggage dept and computer etc will be locked up. Just present your baggage claim when leaving and load on ME.

Thanks for the responses. I am slowly getting this together but in rare moments I think we have lost our minds. A Disney vacation normally eats up all of my spare time but combine that with an overseas move and wow, CHAOS. This has become a serious team effort which is good for me as it is making me let go of things a bit and forcing me to let people help me. This dilemma was the last of my Disney issues and then I think it can be scratched off the list until the time to go gets a bit closer. Now off to passports and visas......
