We are booking our car tomorrow. We will have 4 adults and 2 kids. We are deciding between a van and a stretch limo.

We will have 4 ~ 28 inch suitcases, 2 ~ 21 inch, 3 carry ons.

Which vehicle should we chose? THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:earsgirl:

I'd choose whatever vehicle you would prefer.

Lincoln Towncar based stretch limousines will typically have twice the luggage capacity of the Cadillac based counterparts. This is probably why you'll see that 90% of all limousines will be Lincolns.

My guess is that you'll have no problem fitting your luggage into the limousine if it's a Lincoln. In the case that you get a Cadillac and it won't all fit in the trunk, they can always stuff it into the front seat next to the driver. In fact, I've seen some limousines with the front passenger seat removed, so that extra luggage can go there. And of course, carryons can go into the passenger area.

Thanks, Chip 'n Dale Express!

We will book the limo. :) Dh prefers that to the van and I know the girls will be thrilled.

I've asked this question of several of the bigger limo companies. We (4 adults, 3 kids) are guessing 3 large suitcases and 6 or 7 carry-on size ones, and they've all said that should fit fine. Southern Elegance told me that in addition to the trunk space, most of them have the passenger front seat removed to provide extra luggage space. Enjoy!
