I have some plastic luggage/ID cards from Office Depot that I'd like to use to make an "I DIS, do you?" tag to hang on my bag for my trip down to WDW April 10-13. The cards are 3 3/8 in x 2 1/8 in (the same size as a credit card/drivers license), and a template for them can be found HERE. Unfortunately the template is only in Word, which probably makes designing a little more complicated. Is there anybody that is willing to take on this challenge? 
I'd like my screen name on there, and either Jedi Stitch or some other cute Stitch art, with a small-ish DIS Green Mickey head in one of the top corners. There's a hole at the top for the lanyard clip to pass through, but it's pretty much a standard ID card other than that. I can upload a picture of the blank cards if needed. In order to print them out properly, I'll have to either have the design created in Word or in a format that I can copy/paste it onto the Word template.
