Luggage HNY?

How does it work?
Last time when we stay at NPB admiral, the toke the luggage to your room for you. How does it work in HNY?

I'm fairly sure in HNY they advertise having a bell service. So they take your luggage to your room on arrival, and if you call Reception when you are leaving, they will collect your luggage too for you. We've always found this so useful when staying at the DLH as it saves you having to worry about checking out at Reception and carrying all the luggage to the Storeroom! I believe the HNY do the same, however, I did read on another site a complaint from someone who said they did not do this last year at HNY for his family?

When we've stayed there we've always been earlier than official check in times when the rooms are available so have used the baggage drop, each time the luggage has been waiting for us in the room. I've never requested collection from the room so don't know if they offer this, we've always just dropped the luggage off about 7:30am before hitting the parks on our last day

When arriving by Eurostar and using the Disney Express service, our bags were always magically waiting in our room for us

There is bell service, but we usually just take our own. I've never requested it but is definitely available
