Luggage from Pop to Dolphin

How much can I rely on Disney to get my luggage from Pop to the Dolphin? We are doing a split stay and really would prefer to have the luggage carried over to the Dolphin. Do the Pop people do this? Has anyone had experience... good or bad? Really looking forward to experiencing Pop, DH wants the heavenly bed, so as a compromise I have split the ressie. It's our 10th anniversary so I am hoping for a wonderful vaca without stress.

Just call POP luggage services the night before you wish to check out. Tell them you are transferring to the Dolphin the next morning and that you need your luggage picked up any time after xx:xx am and that you will have xx pieces of luggage. Stack everything by the door, leave a tip on top (if you wish) and enjoy your day. Your luggage will be at the Dolphin 4pmish that afternoon. OR if you can wheel it yourself easily, drop it by luggage services on your way to the bus the morning you check out, tell them the same thing, and it will get transferred. (You get a paper receipt this way).

What you CAN'T do at a Value resort is have luggage picked up on demand. They operate on their schedule. Honestly, I feel it's a better system because you don't have to wait on a bellperson yourself. It's done behind the scenes and you can enjoy your day.
