luggage fees?

We will be flying United at the end of March. I know that in order to use resort check-in of our luggage for our return flight we need to pay the baggage fees ahead of time. Is there a way to do this now or do I need to wait until I do my on-line check-in the day before we leave for Orlando? TIA

The day before you are due to check out of your WDW resort, you will get a DME/RAC notice in your room. It will give you your DME pickup time as well as the phone number for BAGS. This is the company you will pay your baggage fees to. Just call them, give them your credit card info, and they will give you a confimration number. Be sure to have this conf. number when you head to the RAC counter the next day.
There is no way to do this before you get there..has to be done onsite. The day before checkout really seems to work best.

Thank you. We've never had to pay baggage fees before so I wasn't sure how it worked.
