I went to the Red Cross Christmas Market in the Guildhall in London yesterday. Amongst other things I came across a bookstall that had the 2008 Brits Guide on it. As it was a mix of old and new books on the stall I asked how much it was and was shocked when they said £2! I immediately bought it
They had Marcus Wareing coming that evening to sign copies of his book "How to cook a perfect....". What a pity they didn't have Simon coming - I might have waited and caught a later train home!
wow what a bargin I have to get each years edition both dh and i read them from cover to cover(they have their own shelf in our ensuite )they are covered in notes made from each visit. Will have to trail around some markets and carboots.
