Thanks for the review! I was wondering whether this might be an option for me on my upcoming trip as it seems to offer the food that previously was at the Cowboy Cookout Barbeque. I have one silly question: Is the food being served like CS on paper plates or is it real plates and cutlery?

It's not served on proper plates, but rather a basket with paper layer (like Toad Hall does with it's Fish and Chips) it serves it's purpose well enough, but it still looks pretty nice all the same. So still a little "counter service" in theory, but it looks like proper presentation at least. Deserts just came in a plastic pot (for the mousse) or as-is (for the tart) - Drinks came in proper glasses though : )

Thanks! That sounds like a really neat option for a bit a more relaxed meal than counter service - and I have been inside the Lucky Nugget Saloon!
