Sept 25 going to disneyland and want to eat at some new places. What do u guys think of the luck fortune in dca? do they have brown rice? I am diabetic so brown is better for me.

They have brown rice. It's just ok to me, and quality is inconsistent and portion size has been shrinking. I don't really love any of the 3 options in the Pacific Wharf area, but this is my go to because the line is usually shortest. I also don't love the style of Mexican food they serve at Cocina Cucamonga, but portion size and quality has been more conssitent there for me the times I've tried it.

I was planning on checking out the restaurants in this area too but may look elsewhere for something new...

we eat there about twice a trip (sometimes more...lol)!!!!

I order the kids meal (chicken and brown rice) with thai coconut curry (on the side) and edamame, so yummy!!!

Did not care for it at all. Small portion for the $$ and pretty bland.
I'd rather go to Paradise Garden Grill.....could do that several times per trip!

It was okay. I liked the sauces, but the chicken always seems too salty to me. I like the other restaurants in that area of the park, but Lucky Fortune is not somewhere I typically go unless I'm alone and the line is the shortest in the area.

Daughter and I enjoy it. It's the one place I actually eat at when in the parks. But we are just orange chicken and rice kind of people. Pretty simple.

are teh sauces on the side?

No. But we haven't asked for that; so...maybe you could get it like that.

We like it when they've cooked the rice right. Sometimes they haven't. That ruins DH's experience (since he's Korean and grew up with perfectly cooked rice). We get the tofu.

I'm gluten free and the teriyaki chicken bowls have always been very good.

As others have said, it's okay. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't anything I'd go back to in the near future. I do agree that the ratio of rice to chicken was pretty heavily skewed towards the rice. It basically reminded me of what you'd get from a grocery store Asian food deli counter or a fast food location.

I actually really like this place! I find the portion to be plenty, and I like that the spicy sauce has some heat (not tons, but a definite kick). You can ask to try the sauces before you choose one.

When my kiddo was of a napping age, my go-to lunch in the parks was to come here, grab a brown rice/chicken/Korean spicy sauce meal, fold up the container and toss in stroller, and then head over to the wine counter and grab a glass. Find a bench near the waterfall (built-in white noise), enjoy naptime with lunch and a glass of wine! Good memories!

We eat a lot a Asian food on a regular basis, so we find the choices and quality here sub-standard. It's okay you want some rice, veg, protein with an overly sweet sauce. There are not a lot of Asian options so this is your best bet if you are looking for something like this.

It's not the best Asian I've ever had, of course, but I really like getting food from here and it's a must-do each trip. It has become tradition to grab a meal here and eat it in the back of Flo's. It is enough to fill me and I have a big appetite.

We tried it once and haven't been back. It was OK, and I even like Panda Express. We prefer to go to Boardwalk or Paradise Garden Grill in the summer or get a sourdough bowl if it's chilly.

wow a lot of differnet opinions but not all bad I'm glad to see. I hope the beef is good?

I've never eaten there because I just can't pass up a bread bowl when we're in the area, but my girlfriend eats there just about every trip. She's Japanese and likes her rice. I'm surprised to see so many negative/indifferent opinions here because she's generally picky about her asian food and has never complained. Maybe we've been there on good days.

I think it's just terrible  All rice with very little meat. The sauce was bland too. I am not a picky eater at all. I think Panda Express is better and I don't love Panda. Having said that, at least one of my kids eats there every trip.
