Luau Party...suggestions/recipes needed

I'm planning a Luau Birthday party for my son. It's too take place a week before our Disney vacation. Since Ohana's is his favorite place to eat...Luau it must be.

Okay, here's the thing. I need suggestions for invitation wording.

I also need Ohana's recipes. Didn't Ohana's used to serve pineapple with caramel? If so, what kind of caramel did they use?

Need tips with decorations, etc, etc.
