Does the price include gratuity? We will be on the DxDDP and I need to know if I need to budget for the tip or if it is included.

Also, if we order any of the "specialty" drinks, can we use our TIW card on those?

I was just reading the DxDDP brochure about 5 minutes ago. It says that all dinner shows include gratuity.
