Luau canceled now what?

Hi! Found out that our sat night luau reservation at the Polynesian is most likely gonna be canceled due to weather. We are spending day at Magic Kigndom night at Epcot and are staying at the beach club. Very limited availability now but want a special meal for 4 adults and 3 kids, 9,8 and 6. Any thoughts? So hard to get something last minute and we planned this months ago

There is availability at Biergarten at Germany in Epcot.... Beer, buffet, polkas and the chicken dance who could ask for more.
