We land at 2:10 pm after getting luggage, rental, and drive to resort, what are your thoughts of making Aulani's Luau that day? This is the only day that will have the Luau as we board a cruise on Tuesday, so are we pushing it trying to make it on time?

Where are you arriving from? With the time change we were absolutely exhausted and falling asleep by 630pm. We came from Chicago.

As far as the actual time required I can't see any issue.

Good question. I'm curious too. Landing at 2:45 from Maui and was curious if I could do the luau that night.

Billyg - I agree with ChimneyJim and CaptainAmerica. You may be too tired to enjoy the show, and it's a lot of money.

Miss Park Avenue - if you arrive on a weekday, you may hit some traffic on H1 between the airport and Aulani, so that you might be rushed.

We flew to Aulanina few weeks ago. Our 930am nonstop from Chicago actually departed at 730pm and arrived at midnight (10 hours late). I'd double check what the non show policy is. I thought the luau was run by a non Disney company so if you have a hellish flight like us and don't make it....not sure you'll get that money refunded. If you have travel insurance they might cover that.

I agree with this. I've flown many times since COVID, and I've experienced more disruptive delays than pre-COVID. These delays were rarely weather related, as I never vacationed in the winter or during peak Hurricane seasons. Fortunately, my flights with Hawaiian Airlines from East Coast have been on time or early.
