I just wanted to let everyone know something about this booking. If they tell you there are no seats all night make sure to ask them if they checked under the "special events". Before they get to the screen that tells them what tables are availabe they have to fill in a screen that says time, day and party size. If they do not click special even it will appear as if there are no tables. It sounds like this happened to another poster, and when the supervisor checked there were tables. Some CMs might not know about this because they are now hiring a lot of new CMs into CRO.
