LTT or Cape May?

Never done Cape May, but Liberty Tree is one of our must do's every trip. If it makes a difference, the guest to character ratio is smaller at LTT, which means more time with the characters. Great setting, and pretty good food.

Cape May breakfast is awesome and if you go right when they open you can have the characters all to yourself

Cape May has a great breakfast - a must do every trip! It has a relaxed enviroment and great character interaction.

I've done both character meals-that's a tough choice! Both places have good character interaction compared to other character meals I've been to. I prefer Cape May breakfast, though-it's more relaxing, food's better (IMO), everyone seems happier (but maybe that's just my perception). Do you want a breakfast or dinner? Buffet or AYCE? Which location is more convenient?

We liked Cape May's food much better than LTT. The interaction was good at both...if you stay long enough they come around more than once.

Never been to Liberty tree, but we loved Cape May last February. The food was really good and the atmosphere was very relaxed compared to other dining experiences. They also put paper over the tables and give you crayons, which can be fun for adults and children to keep busy while waiting for characters. The characters did not seem rushed here either and they came around several times. Plus, it is a short walk to Epcot. Have ADR's there for this April.

They're both good. After going to both of them, however, I'd pick Cape may. If I had never been to LTT, I'd probably pick LTT. LTT is good. The first time I went there it was fabulous, the second time I went there (Christmas day) it was very crowded and I think it affected the quality of the food a bit.
Regarding Cape May, you will get more time with Goofy as that place is not quite as crowded. At LTT, they are pretty rushed. The breakfast there is fantastic too.

Cape May for sure!!! Ate there twice during our summer trip. It was awesome!! The characters had a lot of time to visit and our ressies were at 8am and 8:30am. We are thinking about going back next week.... YUM!!!

My wife and I always enjoy the Cape May breakfast. They have a very nice buffet, a relaxed atmosphere, and the character interaction is excellent.

Taking my dd6 and ds9 back in June. Want to do at least one character meal with their favorite character, Goofy. We have it narrowed down to LTT or Cape May breakfast. What are everyones opinions? If you were trying to decide, which one would you choose?

I would double check LTT, as i am not sure they do breakfast? I thiink characters are only at dinner?

I would do the Cape May breakfast. The chef has come up with a new way of making scrambled eggs, and everyone is commenting on how tasty they are.

I haven't done Cape May (yet) but I LOVE LTT. I do it at least once every trip. I love the food there. And the character interaction is pretty good. Plus I love the character's colonial outfits.

I could see how Cape May would be a great choice - keep in mind where it is, and how you are going to get there - esp for breakfast -

LTT is easy to get to, after touring a great break - and I was surprised, but its actually my dd favorite food!! Like many here, I prefer the offerings at Cape May, but dd hand's down picks LTT! (and BTMRR is also her favorite ride - so when its up to her, we eat, we see Spectro, do BTMRR!)

Good point. EPCOT is only a 5 minute walk from the Beach Club, so it would be perfect to eat breakfast there on one of your days at EPCOT. Regardless though, you could use Disney transportation to get where you are going.
