LTT Colony Salad

We had lunch at LTT yesterday and the Colony Salad was not on the menu. Just wanted to let people know who like me always get that and the OGTC for dessert so you are not surprised when you get there.

That is what I always get.......I will cancel our ADR if it is gone.

Could be the recall, so hopefully it will be back soon with other lettuce

Oh No! That used to be my go-to lunch there. Colony salad and OGTC. Last time I got the salad without chicken, and it was even better (to me at least). So sad if they no longer have it!

Ugh. We are leaving for WDW in 2 days and I am going to be so bummed if all of the salads have been yanked!

I hope it comes back. I have an ADR in January and would switch to Jungle Skipper if the Colony Salad is gone forever

Yikes! I saw somewhere the Freedom Pasta was just removed too. I always get the colony salad and the kid always gets the freedom pasta. Maybe the salad will return. Or maybe we will have to change our meal choices. Hum. Not going until summer but make ADRs soon.

Both the colony salad and the freedom pasta are on the menu on the MDE App. I had thought that was pretty current

The salads are all pulled right now - we didn't even get salad at Hoop Dee Doo tonight.

Hopefully they will return as soon as WDW can secure a safe supplier of salad mix without romaine.

It's probably because of the samonella from Romaine lettuce. I'd bet it will be off the menu until they resolve the problem.

We have had some salads at Disney this week but I don’t remember what type of lettuce they used.

I hope there are some salads for our trip.....that's mostly what I eat.
Limited on diet, so it will be a very hard trip if they are all gone.
Lot of greens to pick from so hopefully they can find something.
Caesars will be the hard one

They should just substitute Butterhead lettuce. That tastes so much better.

Romaine is in the mix. It is in Spring Mix as well according to the Fresh Department manager at my local grocery. I am making a spinach salad this week.
And it is not a matter of Disney procuring a new supplier. According to the CDC there is no safe supplier yet, as they don’t know the source of the E Coli yet.
