Last year we ate at LTT about the same time as you because we were planning one going to the halloween party. The character will be in halloween costumes, it's really nice. So make sure to take pictures of the characters dressed up. It's a matter of opinion but the party is well worth the price and fun. Especially if your family dresses up. I think you get more into the spirit that way but dressing up is not required. And to answer your question. No they will not kick you out or pressure you to leave. When you are done with your meal, if you choose not to get a ticket for the party. You will simply proceed to the entrance/exit. They usually have cast members stationed at the entrance to each land so they might ask you to see your wristband, just explain to them you were dining at LTT and are leaving.
