Does anyone know what the LTT dinner menu is slated to be after the character meal is discontinued? I doubt they would do the family style meal without the characters. I'm wondering if the new dinner menu will be an upgraded version of the current lunch menu?

My parents are eating there at the end of January, and I told them that the food choices are unknown at this time.

From everything I've read on these boards people are reporting being told the menu will remain the same

I've read the same - Same menu, same price, no characters.

yes, the reports are that the menu will not change. The only change will be removal of the characters.

We aren't going to know for sure until then, though.

LTT is one of my family's favorite restaurants at WDW. However, I'm not so sure we're willing to pay the same price for dinner without it being a character meal. I consider the premium paid for a character meal to be due to interaction with the characters. Remove the characters, but not the premium?:sad2: That ain't cool!!

I totally agree. LTT was always a must do because of the character dining...very disappointed with this decision.

Yes, we're not going to go now, either....I asked if the characters were moving somewhere and was told that they aren't scheduling any new character meals at this time.

If they aren't going to have the characters I wish they'd would change the menu to a more traditonal TS. The current dinner menu isn't all that appealing without characters.

If the menu isn't changed by mid-January, I might try to convince my parents to change their ADR. There are many good places to eat along the monorail line that trump the LTT family style meal w/o the character interaction. I was hoping that they'd switch to a full menu option once the character meal ceased. Thanks for all of your information!
