Lowest found at BWPPI

Planning a return trip mid-Oct. and really enjoyed BWPPI but can't seemed to find anything cheaper that 89.00 a night. Is that the best I'm going to get? Has anyone found cheaper? Or know where I can keep an eye on rates?
