I need to purchase five day park hoppers, where would be the best place for these? Everytime we go to Disney, we find yet another place offerering tickets for less, so I am throwing this out to the current ticket buyers.

Thanks,
Kelly

I'm getting mine at a local Disney Store. Also, if you have AAA, and your local AAA chapter offers them, they can be discounted. I wouldn't buy them through a secondhand dealer. I've just heard too many horror stories of people winding up with used passes that don't work :(

Many members on this board have used Paramount International for buying their tickets. Their prices are very good, and some of the tickets also include a breakfast. You can do a search on Paramount.:wave2:

You might want to post this on the budget board also. The folks that post on that board have a lot of money saving ideas.

Generally, the advance purchase price on 4 and 5 day PH's from Disney is better than what you will get from the Florida ticket wholesalers.

Some AAA offices may have it for a couple of dollars cheaper but that's not a given since all AAA offices price their tickets individually.

But if you don't have AAA, you best bet is through Disney themselves (TDS, 407-WDISNEY or online) to get the advance purchase price (5 day PH: $231.11 adult/$183.18 child)

I bought tickets through AAA about 6 months ago and saved about $5 on each. They worked great but the only thing I didn't like is that they are considered discounted tickets so they aren't plastic like the ones you get at the Disney store or at the parks but more like a cardstock weight with a light plastic overlay. Nothing happened but I was very concerned of what would happen if they got wet and they were harder "to feel" in my pocket. I will probably get my next ones from the Disney store.pirate:

I have used ticketmania.com and floridaorlandotickets.com and have had good prices and great, speedy service.
Connears

(better than AAA and AA does not have all the types of passes)

What about the tickets offered on this site? They are less but I have seen several threads asking about them (specifically 4 day PH Plus tickets) and no one ever talks about them. Has no one ever used them? I am seriously considering them for our quick December trip because for our 3 adult, 2 child tickets I would save $100.

I bought our 5 day PHP's from Paramount and it was a great deal. For 2 adult passes with shipping, it was $493. If I had gone with the purchase of the 6 day PHP's, we would have paid $575, but we would have gotten vouchers for a character/resort breakfast too. Mickey

When researching the best price for your tickets, it's important to know whether you want a 5 day park hopper...OR a 5 day park hopper PLUS. Depending on the type makes a difference as to who has the lowest price. I am in the process of trying to find 5 day park hopper plus passes. I've searched everywhere and the best deal I can find is with Paramount. The price for a 5 day PHP is $239. They have a $15 S+H fee for the entire order, not per ticket, and it still comes out to be the cheapest for just the two tickets I need.

I have had good luck with them and the shipping is free. I linked to their site via mousesavers.com and got a "mousesavers" discount. I think it came out about the same as the above posters, but I got 4 plus features as opposed to the standard 2.
