If you go to your local post office and ask them for a change of address packet, there is usually a 10% disount for Lowe's in there. The packet is free. My brother just told me about this. He lives in Oregon we live in CA, so I bet they will have it in most places. We ordered a new washing machine and saved 60 dollars right after Thanksgiving this year.
