I have been having some weird symptons lately so my Dr did a full blood work up on me. Only thing that showed was a slightly higher cholesterol level.
She said it isnt high enough to warrant medication but that I should work on bringing it down. I go in for a more throrough exam next month but in the mean time I would at least like to make an effort to lower it.
I know I should be eating healthier and work out more but help me get more specific. I am walking more now and will work on my diet a little harder. Any other ideas? I have read different things about "super foods" that target cholesterol but it seems like they get mixed reviews.
