Lowdown on the Disney Car care location

Please share your experiences on the DCC with me. I am curious as I have a rental for 1 day @ 7am-10pm (beach day). I know there is a number to schedule a shuttle to pick me up, are they on time, also upon return, I know it will be past the closing time of the DCC, is there a shuttle to get back to the resort? Any information would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I rented a car from the CCC back in 2007, it was very easy. I called for my pick up the day before and I was given a list of times that the pick up was available. The driver was right on time, we were staying at the CBR and I had to go to the Custom House to be picked up. The driver had stopped at the POP first, after picking me up we went right to the CCC.
I can not help you with a return ride though because I returned the car prior to the office closing. It worked out really well, I dropped off the car and I only waited about 5 minutes and the driver took me back to the CBR. He took me back to the building that we were staying in rather than the Custom House which was nice and saved me some time.
I would think that if the office was closed there would not be a shuttle.

Thats what I was guessing on the return shuttle, I guess its a Taxi then....

Now you can walk to the Magic Kingdom parking lot concourse (TTC) and take the monorail, etc. from there.

Been there done that: TTC - CCC - TTC (sightseeing, not doing business there)

Why deal with bringing the car back at 10pm? I believe renting it from say 8am to 8am the next day would be the same exact price?
