Low Sugar Diet options

I was wondering how WDW is at accomodating low sugar diets?

Do they offer sugar-free maple syrup at breakfasts? Do they carry Splenda?
Low sugar ice cream/desserts?

Yes!! Disney are wonderful about low sugar stuff! They have special maple syrup in a bottle along side the 'normal' stuff. You can also get sugar free treats at most of the permanent treat shops (not usually on the carts, though); the sugar free pecan ice cream from the ice cream place on Main Street was wonderful! Most of them have the sugar free option written up on the menu, but if you don't see it, you can always ask.
