low sodium Cape May

Can you request it?
Since its a buffet, maybe not. Although the chefs do come out and speak with people who have allergies. Perhaps they can prepare something low sodium or even show you which foods are safe to eat. Perhaps someone with direct experience can chime in.

I have a family member who can only have 600 mg of sodium a day and another family member with a dairy allergy who also can't have any hot spice like black pepper and Disney is great! We can eat at any TS including buffets and dinner shows. They do not have low sodium as a selection under allergies when making ADRs so I select other. We mostly do buffets for breakfast and at all of them we have tried including Cape May a chef made eggs and some type of potatoes with no salt for them and could get fruit and a slice of toast or English muffin from the buffet. The only buffet we have had dinner was Boma. We have been 3 times and a chef cooked some type of meat with a potato and vegetables and they could get salad made up for them if they could not get from the buffet.

That's good to know. How about the other restaurants as the other members of our party aren't into buffets.

All of the TS restaurants we have been to were great with the allergies for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Besides the buffet breakfasts we like WCC at WL. Also Captain's Grille which has a buffet but you can also order off of the menu unless that has changed with the construction. Lunches we enjoyed LTT, Tutto Italia, Rainforest Cafe AK, HBD, and Sci Fi. Dinners we enjoy BOG, Tony's, Le Cellier, Chefs, and 50's PTC. We have also been to the dinner shows SOA and HDDR.

We're you able to get low sodium at HDDR? When we told the chef our low sodium needs he literally laughed at us. Not very great interaction and no resolution for us.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. The 2 allergy family members got a salad brought to the table different than the regular one and I can't remember if they had oil and vinegar or balsamic dressing on the side and then for the entree they had plain chicken breasts that had not been marinated along with steamed vegetables and no salt fries I believe.
