Low Shower Heads

I was at the POLY in Oct. and the shower head was really low on the wall. I'm
almost 6' tall and practically had to do a backbend to wash my hair. Are the
showers like this in all the resorts?

I haven't been to any other resort in awhile, but I do agree w/ you on the shower head issue!!! I am about 5'3 & my husband is 6'. I am even afraid to mess with it b/c it always feels like its going to fall right out of the wall!!!!!

Which longhouse were you in? I've been in Tahiti, Tokelau and Fiji and only Fiji had the low showerhead. I'm assuming the newer longhouses all have the higher ones and that the low ones are in the older longhouses. The water pressure was also much better in the newer buildings. CBR has normal height shower fixtures.

I've been at Tuvalu, Aotearoa & Rarotonga. Same in all rooms.

The AKL and the BWI (we were at both Oct 17-26) and they had the normal shower heads. One big drawback for 6 ft DH is the low shower heads at the Poly

Funny. I always wonder about this too. They seem to be low in every building!

I actually have the opposite problem. I feel like most of the shower heads are so high and I can't adjust them downwards (easily). I am always bending over in the tub rinsing my hair again to make sure that I got all of the shampoo and conditioner out. It's so annoying!

I try not to shower while on vacation....



I remember having the same problem at the FW cabins. It was hilarious to see my husband try to wash his hair!
