"low season" in 2018 = cheaper fares/smaller crowds

First time poster!

Want to take myself, wife and 2 kids to Disneyland in 2018.

When is it the time in 2018 when airfares from Sydney to LA are at their cheapest, and would this also coincide with the quieter crowds?
