disney has not jumped on the low carb way of eating yet.

Hubby and I both do low carb, it is always very easy for us to eat at disney, or anywhere out actually. Order burgers without the bun, steaks with broccoli, seafood is always great. He knows how to eat...and what he can order if he is sticking on the low carb way of eating while he is there. Green salads are also plentiful...not sure about their dressings..hubby usually gets a caesar with just the fresh grated parm on top and skips the dressing.
If he wants to enjoy a beer, they do have mich ultra around though..that is a good thing. Or, don't forget..like a rum and diet coke..no carbs. The alcohol will just burn off, before the fat starts burning off again, but, with all the walking you do at disney, this really isn't a problem.
