Review: These two bar are extremely satisfying and kept me from cheating when I wanted a regular chocolate bar. And I do like chocolate, caramel, and pecans...lol.

It was much bigger and more like real candy and costs less than the Atkin's Advantage brand bars. I bought this at a Kroger grocery store on sale for $.49 versus regular price of $1.69. I found it in the power bar and candy bar ailse.

I would definitely buy this again for emergency cravings only. I try very hard to stay away from any kind of candy and ice cream because I may lose it completely and give up my diet. This is my personal problem and weakness.

Another warning : This candy created a lot of episodes of "flatus" for a couple of hours. I am glad that I tried this at home and not in public or at work...lol.

mmmm...sounds good - except I have trouble with maltitol! I'll keep an eye open for it...maybe 1/2 a bar at a time for me.

I also found the Russell Stover Low Carb candy today at Albertson's. The French Mint pieces are very, very good. A serving size is 5 pieces, but I found 1-2 did the trick for me and there are only .2 card per piece. We'll see how malitol effects me.
