Low carb bagels??????

Im talking from the bagel store!!!!!!!!

I can;t help but wonder if they lied to me! How would I know?
I went to a local bagle store and there was a sign " there here LC bagels" I got one and O my goodness It was hugh! and tasted great!
I asked the girl about the grams in them and she reluctantly went a ( supposidly) asked someone in the back she said they had 21 grams of carbs ( not sure if that was net carb) anyway like I said it was a great bagal but, I wonder if it was really true!
Anyone else got a local bagel shop that has these? whats your thoughts?

I've tried Western's Bagel Sweet Wheat (part of their Alternative Bagel line). It's 110 calories, 0 fat, Total Carbs 25, Dietary Fiber 8.
