Loving the Poly IPO Service

Our original trip was booked as 2 packages. One for my parents and one for my DH, DD and I. My brother decided yesterday he wanted to go, so my step dad asked me to call and make it happen. IPO had everything taken care of in 20 minutes, including updating our dining reservations to 6 instead of 5. And they were able to give him free dining since my parents already had it, even though there isn't an offer available for us now.

This experience today has made the entire cost of CL worth it.

We loved the Poly and really appreciated the CM's there. The CM's and CL staff really went above and beyond when DD was ill.
