Loving DVC!

Just enjoyed our first DVC stay at OKW and THV and we are so glad we took the leap and joined the DVC last year. We didn't hit the parks this trip (well we did do Typhoon Lagoon and Legoland) but instead enjoyed all of the resort amenities. I never in a million years thought I could walk right past a Disney park and not feel like I had to go in, but I did. And while I'm a little sad that we are back home, I know that we have many more DVC trips ahead of us. So glad we joined!

For DH and I, feeling okay with just relaxing ang taking it easy was one of the most pleasant surprises about owning DVC.

Only negative we experienced was that they didn't have OKW or SSR pins to put onto our lanyards. CM at OKW shop said they've been out for months. What's up with that?!

They did have a DVC member pin collection which I bought in June. It was four pins and I know it had THV and OKW. The other two were BLT and Kindani. I have a string bag I add my pins to (with a pin lock having lost some before I discovered the lock!) each time I stay at a particular DVC resort or there is a special occasion. In June I also bought the DVC and Passholder special edition Star Wars weekend pins. Hope you enjoyed your stay in OKW. Will be there in July. Loved my stay at THV last June

Hmm, didn't see the pin collection during our trip and we asked about pins at OKW and SSR and they didn't mention pin collections. I have a lanyard where I keep pins of places we have stayed, so I was disappointed. Wonder if I can find them on ebay?

Great to hear, we took our fist trip in September to SSR and loved it. I agree with you it was the best thing we ever did to but DVC.
