Lovesac couch worth the cost?

I am so confused. We need a new couch and have been thinking about a Lovesac sectional but don't know if it is worth the cost. The dealership is about 120 miles away, where dd is at college, and we had decided against it because it was nearly $5000! However, the rep called yesterday and said he would match the online price of about $4000 and give 60 months free financing. We have several pets, and thought this company might be good because all the covers come off and are washable, but I can only find a limited number of reviews. Does anyone have experience with this product? I need to make a decision by the end of the weekend. Advice please!

Thanks for the suggestion. I found a lot of information about the "bean bag" chairs but we are looking at the regular sectional couch. Appreciate the reply.
